About DT Dolphins
The DT Dolphins swim team has been making waves Since 1958!
The swim team, open to kids ages 5-18 and has a tradition of being a strong competitor in the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL). The coaching staff encourages team members to swim to their fullest potential and focus on improving stroke technique and good sportsmanship while having a great time. The team is open to Dowden Terrace members only, and swimmers must be able to swim two lengths of the pool (no doggy paddling) and tread water for 60 seconds and be able to focus on a coach for 30 minutes before joining the team.
